As a third year Fashion Promotion (BA) student I am keen to get involved in public relations and utilise the skills I have learnt through university, work placements and my own independent skills. I started my UAL level 3 extended diploma in Fashion and Textiles in Bath, where I became highly interested in textile print. I then became more interested in fashion photography and creative directing.

 

After the styling and journalism tailored modules at university I decided on a route in PR and event planning. My skills are varied but since this decision I have gone on to plan a fashion magazine launch with a team whilst independently working with local brands to sponsor the event.

 

In my final year I worked with Daines Atelier, a female/menswear atelier brand based in Frome, to create a launch event featuring their latest collection ’2084’ which was semi-finalist for the Superdry outwear award at London Fashion Graduate week. I also set up social media accounts to promote the launch and organised the photo shoot and filming days with 9 different models.
